Who is responsible
Petanque Life (Easy Software System In Europe AB) is the controller for your account: sign-in, profile and the settings you make in the app.
Your federation or club is the controller for the sports data it keeps about you — licences, results, rankings and memberships. Petanque Life processes that data on the federation's behalf under a data processing agreement. Data processing agreement.
What the app collects
The table is generated when the website is built, from the same declaration that is checked against the app's code and submitted to App Store and Google Play. It cannot say anything else than the declaration.
The app does not track you across other companies' apps or websites and contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.

Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your personal data, to withdraw consent at any time and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Most of it you can do yourself in the app under Privacy and data.
How long data is kept
Account data is kept while your account exists. When you delete the account it is removed after a 30-day grace period. Data your federation must keep by law (for example accounting) is kept for the statutory period and then deleted.
Deleting your account
You delete your account in the app under Privacy and data → Delete my account. Without the app you can ask us to delete it. How to delete your account without the app.
