Pricing Policy

How our prices work — the plain-language version

Running a platform costs money, and those costs change. Instead of surprising you, we have written down exactly when prices can change, by how much, and how much notice you get.

Our approach in one sentence

Your signed price is locked for 36 months. After that, any change happens only at renewal, is capped at official eurozone inflation (HICP), and always comes with at least 90 days of written notice — and you can decline it and leave free of charge.

The five rules we follow

  • Your signed price is locked to its price list for 36 months — nothing can change before that, for anyone. Federations additionally pay nothing at all for year 1.
  • After the 36-month lock, any increase is capped at official eurozone inflation (HICP, year-over-year). Never more — and if inflation is negative, the price simply stays put.
  • A price change only takes effect at your next renewal. Your current subscription period is never affected — the price you agreed to stays until the period ends.
  • We give at least 90 days of written notice before an adjusted renewal — to everyone. The notice says exactly what the new price will be and when it starts.
  • If you do not want to accept the new price, you can cancel free of charge before the adjusted renewal. Your current period runs to its end at the old price — we never cut service short.

Common questions

When can my price change?
Only after your 36-month price lock has passed, and then only at a renewal, with at least 90 days of written notice. Your current subscription period is never affected.
How much could the price go up?
After the 36-month lock, an increase is capped at official eurozone inflation (HICP, year-over-year) — never more. Most years we expect prices simply to stay put.
What if I do not accept the new price?
You can cancel without any fee or penalty. Your current period continues at the old price until it ends. After that, the new price would apply — but only if you choose to renew.
Why do prices need to change at all?
Our costs are real: cloud hosting, software licences, support staff, and development. Those costs rise over time with inflation and with the growth of the platform. A transparent yearly review is healthier than either a secret increase or letting the service fall behind.
